2010 IS OUR 19th SEASON AT AU BROCA AND THIS YEAR WE HAVE A NEW APARTMENT TO LET AS WELL !!
Conversion of an ancient barn and pigeonnier to form two charming and self-contained cottages plus a luxury 1-bed duplex apartment in our farmhouse all set in .50 ha of grounds approached by a private access drive
Au Broca is set in a tranquil , elevated , location giving magnificent views of the Pyrenees and surrounding countryside.
Despite the secluded location , however , Au Broca is not isolated as we are only about 1km from the village centre and 3km from the small town of Masseube where a full range of Bars , Shops , Restaurants , Banks etc. are all available together with Doctors Surgery , Pharmacy and other medical facilities.
The secluded grounds are ideal for sunbathing , relaxing or games with large grassed areas and plenty of shade amongst the many varied trees plus , of course , the use of our 13m x 8m pool.
Activities in the area include Cycling , Childrens Playground , Golf , Horse Riding , Canoeing , Tennis , Theme Park , Zoo/Wildlife Park.
Other attractions to see or participate in are , Cathedrals , Museums , Roman Remains , Bastides , Chateaux , Night Markets , Music Festivals ( Country in Mirande , Tempo Latino in Vic Fezensac , Jazz in Marciac ) and last , but not least , The Tour de France.
